The Campus Producer plays a key role in creating a clear, compelling, and well-executed weekend experience by providing leadership and oversight for production environments at the specific campus. This role ensures audio, lighting, presentation, and service flow support ministry effectively while creating an engaging and distraction-free experience. This role collaborates closely with worship leaders, campus leadership, and production volunteers to plan and execute weekend services, youth ministry gatherings, and special events. In addition to campus responsibilities, this role provides limited support for central production initiatives and cross-campus technical needs. This position requires strong technical ability, volunteer leadership skills, and the flexibility to support ministry needs across multiple environments.
