The Campus Producer plays a critical role in creating a clear, compelling, and well-executed weekend experience at Crossroads Church. This role provides leadership and oversight for all campus-level production elements, ensuring that audio, lighting, video, and service flow work together seamlessly to support an inspirational worship experience. The Campus Producer collaborates closely with worship leaders, campus leadership, and production volunteers to plan, prepare, and execute weekend services and special events with excellence. This position requires strong technical skill, thoughtful planning, and the ability to lead teams in a fast-paces, live environment.
