National Covenant Properties is seeking an experienced leader to join our team as Chief Lending Officer.
This newly created executive position will lead NCP’s lending, underwriting, loan portfolio management, and real estate consulting services. The Chief Lending Officer will work closely with Covenant churches, regional conferences, and affiliated ministries to help them navigate financing and real estate decisions that support their mission and long-term ministry goals.
We are looking for someone who brings extensive banking, commercial real estate lending, and financial leadership experience, along with a demonstrated Christian faith and a strong connection to the Evangelical Covenant Church. The ideal candidate will understand and embrace the Covenant’s mission and values and have a heart for serving its churches and ministries.
