The Part-Time Campus Worship Leader creates and leads dynamic worship experiences for the weekend service and CR Youth at the campus. The role blends musical excellence, spiritual leadership, and team development to foster environments where people are inspired to take next steps in following Jesus. The position collaborates closely with campus and central staff, develops volunteer teams, and ensures that worship services are executed with excellence, authenticity, and creativity.
