The Part-Time Youth Pastor (licensed pastor)/Leader (unlicensed) is a relational leader who is passionate about helping students grow in their faith through meaningful discipleship and community. This role leads and develops a thriving student ministry by recruiting and supporting volunteer leaders, overseeing Wednesday night programming, and building authentic relationships with students and families. The position also fosters partnerships with local schools and community organizations while collaborating with campus and central CR Youth teams. Success in this role requires strong leadership, a shepherd’s heart, and a deep commitment to investing in the next generation.
