Times can be hard, difficult and very painful. When we see hope fading, uncertainty and fear take over. But when we remember who we are in the Lord, we can find in him the peace, tranquility and rest we need.
We would like to invite you to join us for a service of prayer and worship, walking in unity with our Latino brothers and sisters. Please join us on Saturday, Jan. 31, from 2-4 p.m. at Bloomington Covenant Church, and feel free to invite others as well.
We are collecting donations to be dispersed to churches who have direct contact with immigrant communities in need. Donations welcome of: eggs, milk, meat, canned vegetables, cookies for children, bread, oil, rice, beans, cleaning products, diapers, sanitary products, toilet paper. Donations can be brought to Bloomington Covenant on Jan 31. Also, you can continue to give to the Mission Friend Crisis Fund to help with ongoing food needs and legal fees for those impacted.
