We are excited to announce our upcoming Rural Impact Leadership Conference (RILC) on March 19, 2022, in Alexandria, MN. RILC is a one-day training event designed to equip rural and small town pastors and leaders in the nurture of thriving rural congregations.
You are invited to a day of encouragement and training on the unique challenges and opportunities of doing church ministry in your context. Hosted by Alexandria Covenant Church, this conference will include worship, main sessions, fellowship with other ministry leaders, workshops on relevant topics and opportunities for collaboration.
All plenary and workshop presenters are experienced practitioners. With leadership being provided by NWC pastors and staff in partnership with Oak Hills Christian College, this event is for all who serve the rural and small town church.
