Youth Worker Connection is a unique event designed specifically for Covenant youth pastors, workers, and volunteers. Recharge and be equipped for ministry through fellowship, worship, and encouragement. At YWC you will have the opportunity to grow as a leader and pastor, seek spiritual direction, connect with others, and develop valuable skills for youth ministry. We will spend time focusing on the future of youth ministry in the Evangelical Covenant Church, as well as be inspired by some of the most significant voices in youth ministry today.
YWC Plus exists to encourage Youth Workers to gather with all ministry colleagues. The YWC plus registration includes YWC plus the Midwinter Opening Dinner on Monday night, Tuesday CovTalks, Peer Learning Groups and worship Tuesday night. It allows you time to get home Wednesday morning in time for Mid-week ministry.
